These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dollaroak website and participation in any programme or service offered by Dollaroak. Please read them carefully before registering or submitting any enquiry.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website or register for any programme.

3. Nature of Service

Dollaroak provides financial education only. Our programmes are designed to improve participants' understanding of financial concepts. Nothing provided by Dollaroak — whether in sessions, materials, or by facilitation staff — constitutes personalised financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. Participants should consult licensed professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

Programme availability may be subject to minimum enrolment numbers. Dollaroak reserves the right to reschedule programmes with reasonable advance notice if required.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Registration for a programme requires submission of accurate contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information provided. Programme bookings are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred to another individual without prior written consent from Dollaroak.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, including handbooks, workbooks, presentation materials, and website content, is owned by Dollaroak or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorisation.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are as published on the Solutions page of this website. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all materials specified for each programme. Payment is required in full to secure a booking. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payment. A booking confirmation will be issued once payment has been received and verified.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9. Educational Disclaimer

Programmes are provided on an "as delivered" basis. Dollaroak makes no representations that participation will lead to specific financial outcomes, qualifications, or certifications. Facilitators explain concepts and share knowledge; they do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. No guarantee of specific results from applying programme content is made or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Dollaroak's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or participation in a programme shall not exceed the programme fee paid by you. Dollaroak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, savings, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on programme content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dollaroak and its facilitators against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of programme content, or any conduct that violates applicable law.

12. Termination

Dollaroak reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund where their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. You may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy in Section 8.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising shall first be referred to an informal resolution process between the parties. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

15. Changes to These Terms

Dollaroak may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in programmes after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
